US Tour - 11 Feb 09

We're back in the states for 6 weeks.

Jet lag is rearing it's confused head, the portions are larger and we've been reminded that over here an Americano is simply a black coffee.

Still, we are delighted to be back on the road, playing tunes and seeing the sites.

I vowed to upload a few photos every day (almost) to keep you all tuned in to what we're getting up to. It may just happen.

Hope you conquer that jetlag and feel a little less fuzzy with each passing day.  We are already in San Francisco enjoying the city while we await your arrival.  Thank you so much for an excuse to come to the city for a few days of shopping and dining, and of course, experiencing your music.  We even ate and drank Irish tonight - mmmmm, good stew and Guinness on a rainy night.

Welcome back stateside! Enjoy the first gigs out west, we're certainly looking forward to 26 Feb here in Minneapolis. As for the Americano, that's just watered down espresso - if you're looking for a minor jolt, go with a depth charge - coffee with a shot of espresso - makes for a nice, gentle way to keep the nastier parts of jet lag at bay (other than, you know actual sleep.) Keep the photos coming, it's fun to see the band as tourists...travel safely!
